Apple vs. Kodak

繼Kodak於2010.1.向ITC及紐約州西部地區聯邦地方法院控告Apple的iPhone和RIM的智慧手機不當地使用了其與照相機相關的專利，犯了其與數位相機相關的專利後，Apple也在2010.4.15.向美國加州北部地區聯邦地方法院反訴Kodak在數款產品中非法使用了其兩項專利。
