Centocor vs. Abott Laboratories

Humira是Abott Laboratories近年最成功的上市藥品，可治療牛皮癬和孔羅氏病等多達6種疾病，也為Abott Laboratories在2008年帶來US$45億元收益。
Johnson $ Johnson旗下的Centocor藥廠所生產的Remicade，也是用來治療風濕性關節炎。
Centocor與紐約大學聯手於2007.4.在德州東區聯邦法庭提起告訴，指控位於伊利諾州的Abott Laboratories侵害其專利。2009.6.29.法院裁定Abott Laboratories須支付US$16.7億元，賠償風濕性關節炎藥專利侵害官司。
