Mobility侵犯Apple的EP2126678號專利(US
7,469,381)，該專利使用於智慧型手機和平板電腦，是一種滾動捲軸到盡頭會自動彈回技術，又稱為overscroll
bounce或rubber-banding。
被控侵權的產品包括：Motorola Milestone XT720、Motorola
DEFY、Motorola ATRIX及Motorola
XOOM。至於損害賠償金方面，Apple要求依據被告侵權相關產品在德國的營收來計算金額。
未來Apple可依據此判決而要求法院對Motorola發出德國境內的禁售令(injunction)。在法院未核准禁制令前，Apple亦可先支付2500萬歐元的擔保金(bond)要求核發臨時禁制令(preliminarily-enforceable
injunction)，若再再支付額外的1000萬歐元，則可申請到永久禁制令。再多支付1000萬歐元，還可向法院要求Motorola召回所有現在已經出貨的侵權產品。

Abstract
In accordance with some embodiments, a
computer-implemented method for use in conjunction with a device with a touch
screen display is disclosed. In the method, a movement of an object on or near
the touch screen display is detected. In response to detecting the movement, an
electronic document displayed on the touch screen display is translated in a
first direction. If an edge of the electronic document is reached while
translating the electronic document in the first direction while the object is
still detected on or near the touch screen display, an area beyond the edge of
the document is displayed. After the object is no longer detected on or near the
touch screen display, the document is translated in a second direction until the
area beyond the edge of the document is no longer displayed.
